Greenbriar at Whittingham and Whittingham were developed in two phases. The first phase, Whittingham, commenced construction in 1989. This was developed and built by the same company as Concordia. It has condominium ownership. Greenbriar at Whittingham, the second phase commenced in 1996, has ownership of fee simple. Both of these communities share the same amenities and governing board.
